J. J. Keller & Associates, Inc. is a family-owned, privately-held company, founded in 1953 by John J. Keller, as a one man consulting firm. Today, the company, in its third generation of Keller leadership, has expanded to more than 1,400 associates and more than 15,500 products, services and solutions. We serve multiple markets with the driving purpose of protecting people and workplaces.
Robert L. (Bob) Keller - Chairman
Bob began working for the company at the age of 12, cleaning floors in the downtown Neenah, Wisconsin, offices. He has a bachelor of science degree in Economics. Bob presides over the Board of Directors and is also the president of the J. J. Keller Foundation, Inc. Bob and his wife, Lynne, have four children: Marne, Rustin (president and CEO of J. J. Keller), Rachael and Adam. Bob and Lynne are also proud grandparents of nine.
James J. (Jim) Keller - Vice Chairman & Treasurer
Jim began working for the company in high school, cleaning floors in the downtown Neenah, Wisconsin, offices. He has a Graphic Arts degree and is certified as a Wisconsin Master Printer. Jim is a member of the Board of Directors and also serves as the Corporate Treasurer. Jim and his wife, Rosanne, have two children (Brian and Angela) and five grandchildren, three grandsons and two granddaughters.
Rustin R. Keller - President & CEO
Rustin is the third generation to lead J. J. Keller. Like his father, he began working for the family business at age 12. He became president and CEO of J. J. Keller in July 2018. Previously, Rustin was executive vice president and COO, as well as holding positions leading and growing the Technology Services, Consulting Services, Managed Services, Sales, Manufacturing and Supply Chain divisions. Rustin serves on several boards focused on advancing IT careers and entrepreneurship. He and his wife, Christina, have three sons and live in Neenah, Wisconsin.
Dana S. Gilman - Chief Financial Officer
Dana joined J. J. Keller in 2014. As CFO, she oversees the financial operations of the company as well as Risk, Intellectual Property, Information Technology and the corporate focus on ISO certification. She has more than 25 years of experience in finance, most recently serving as CFO with Outlook Group Corporation, as well as financial positions with Kimberly-Clark, Jarden and Miles Kimball. Dana serves on the board of the Women in Trucking Foundation. She and her husband, Trent, have a son and a daughter. Her family lives in Winneconne, Wisconsin.
