Steven Murray

Head of Product & Chief Operating Officer

Steve has been with J. J. Keller & Associates, Inc. since 2013. In his time with the company, he has led multiple business units, including the Managed Services and Training & Consulting Services organizations, comprising more than 700 compliance experts, consultants and trainers. He was named J. J. Keller’s Head of Product & Chief Operating Officer in 2026, providing enterprise-wide leadership for the company’s product strategy, operational delivery, and business performance.

Steve has more than 30 years’ experience in general management of large fleet operations, customer services, sales, pricing, and recruiting. He currently serves on the board of directors for the Fox Cities Performing Arts Center in Appleton, Wisconsin.
