Las Cruces, New Mexico, has made a mandatory change to its Minimum Wage posting to show the rate of $12.65 per hour in effect as of January 1, 2025. View our Recent Updates and Requirements report for details.
- Meets requirements of Las Cruces Municipal Code Chapter 14, Article III Minimum Wage Ordinance
- Required for all employers who have employees in Las Cruces
- All employers shall pay all employees no less than the minimum wage, and shall pay tipped employees no less than the tipped minimum wage, for each hour worked within the municipal limits of the City
- Notice should be posted in a conspicuous place at any workplace or job site where any employee works
- Bilingual: English and Spanish
- Posters are made of a durable, eco-friendly poly material that reduces impact on the environment and holds up in high-traffic areas or outdoor displays
