Mandatory Miami-Dade County Change - Effective January 1, 2026.
Miami-Dade County, Florida, has made a mandatory change to the Living Wage for County Service Contracts posting to update the wage rates in effect between Oct. 1, 2025, and Sept. 30, 2026. View our Recent Updates and Requirements report for details.

• Satisfies requirements of the Miami-Dade County Living Wage Ordinance (Chapter 2-ADMINISTRATION, ARTICLE I.-IN GENERAL, Sec. 2-8.9)
• Employers of county service contractors must post a notice advising employees of the county's Living Wage rates
• Must be posted in a prominent place where it can easily be seen by the employees at the site of the work
• Trilingual: English, Spanish and Creole
