Broward County, Florida, has made a mandatory change to its Living Wage Ordinance posting for service contractors to show the rates in effect for 2024. View our Recent Updates and Requirements report for details.

  • Satisfies requirements of the Broward County Living Wage Ordinance (Sections 26-100 through 26-105 of Article VII of Chapter 26, Broward County Code)
  • Required for all contractors and subcontractors that provide covered services under a Broward County service contract
  • Notice must be posted in a prominent place where it can easily be seen by employees
  • Bilingual: English and Spanish
