Mandatory Broward County Change - Effective May1, 2024

Broward County, Florida, has made a mandatory change to its Living Wage Ordinance posting for service contractors to show the rates in effect for 2024. View our Recent Updates and Requirements report for details. The revised poster's anticipated ship date is July 19, 2024.

• Satisfies requirements of the Broward County Living Wage Ordinance (Sections 26-100 through 26-105 of Article VII of Chapter 26, Broward County Code)
• Required for all contractors and subcontractors that provide covered services under a Broward County service contract
• Notice must be posted in a prominent place where it can easily be seen by employees
• Bilingual: English and Spanish
