Corrective Action Training: Breakaway Brakes - Online Training Course - Canadian French

This training provides drivers with remedial training related to breakaway and emergency braking systems. Specifically, this training is designed to remind drivers emergency braking equipment will maintain brakes for the tractor and trailer if the trailer is disconnected from the tractor.

After completing this training, learners will be able to:

• Recognize the purpose of the breakaway braking system.
• Identify when and how the trailer breakaway brakes and tractor emergency brake system will activate.
• Explain how to test the emergency braking system.

Course Length: 5 minutes (English); 4 minutes (Spanish); 4 minutes (Canadian French)
