Corrective Action Training: Alcohol Misuse and Abuse – Streaming Video Training Program - English

This training is designed to provide learners with remedial training related to alcohol misuse and abuse. Specifically, this training was designed to remind drivers not to use or be under the influence of alcohol while on duty, not to possess alcohol while on duty, and that they could face serious consequences if they violate the alcohol prohibitions.

After completing this training, learners will be able to:

• List the prohibitions on using alcohol under 49 CFR Section 392.5
• Identify the exception to the alcohol prohibitions
• Specify how many hours you’ll be placed out of service if you violate the regulation
