Product Information

This training is designed to provide learners with remedial training related to the 60- or 70-hour limit. Specifically, this training was designed to remind drivers to stop driving if you reach the maximum allowed hours of work, only use the 70-hour/8-day limit if your carrier operates CMVs every day of the week, prevent fatigue and stay in compliance by following the limits, and reset hours back to zero by taking 34 consecutive hours off duty.

After completing this training, learners will be able to:

  • Explain what the 60- and 70-hour limits are
  • Describe how to determine which limit to use
  • Recognize the consequences of not following the limits
  • Identify the 34-hour restart exception to the limit for property carriers
