• Covers minimum wage requirements listed in the Santa Rosa Minimum Wage Ordinance, City Code 10-45.080
• Required for businesses with employees who work in Santa Rosa, California, for more than two hours each week
• The poster shows the new rates taking effect on July 1. Employers with 26 or more employees must pay a minimum wage of $15 per hour and employers with 25 or fewer employees must pay at least $14 per hour.
• The rate will increase each January 1. The increase will be based on inflation.
