Mandatory Santa Rosa Change - Effective January 1, 2026.
Santa Rosa, California, has updated its minimum wage poster with a mandatory change to show the city’s 2026 minimum wage of $18.21 per hour. View our Recent Updates and Requirements report for details.
- Covers minimum wage requirements listed in the Santa Rosa Minimum Wage Ordinance, City Code 10-45.080
- Required for businesses with employees who work in Santa Rosa, California, for more than two hours each week
- The poster shows the new rates taking effect on July 1. Employers with 26 or more employees must pay a minimum wage of $15 per hour and employers with 25 or fewer employees must pay at least $14 per hour.
- The rate will increase each January 1. The increase will be based on inflation.
- Must be posted in a location where it can be easily read by employees
- Bilingual: English and Spanish
- Posters are made of a durable, eco-friendly poly material that reduces impact on the environment and holds up in high-traffic areas or outdoor displays
