California / Novato Minimum Wage Poster - Polypropylene

Mandatory Novato Change - Effective January 1, 2026.

• $15 per hour for businesses with 100 or more employees,
• $14 per hour for businesses with 26 to 99 employees, and
• $13 per hour for businesses with 1 to 25 employees.
