- Posting requirement applies to these California businesses: Beverage Sales, Adult/Sexually Oriented Businesses, Airports, Rail & Bus Stations, Truck Stops, Emergency Rooms & Urgent Care Centers, Farm Labor Contractors and Recruitment Centers
- Notice must be printed in English, Spanish and any other language that is the most widely spoken language in the county where the establishment is located and for which translation is mandated by the federal Voting Rights Act (42 U.S.C. Sec. 1973 et seq.)
- Must be posted in a prominent location near a public entrance or in a location where similar notices are usually posted
- Bilingual: English and Spanish
