- Gate valve lockout's hinged clamshell housing fully encloses the valve handle and prevents unauthorized access
- Tough plastic in bright hazard red color
- Features three shackle holes for securing with padlocks in a group lockout setting
- Unique pry guard prevents the ability to insert a screwdriver in between the halves to pry them apart
- In the center, a thinner area allows for easy drill through and attachment on rising stem gate valves
