HAZWOPER Training

Hazardous substances (including hazardous waste, hazardous materials, biological agents, and certain EPA-regulated substances) can threaten worker safety and health. Because of the seriousness of the hazards, OSHA issued its HAZWOPER Standard to protect workers in hazardous waste cleanup and emergency response operations.
