Fall protection for construction #1 (again!) on OSHA’s Top 10 list

Fall protection for construction – general requirements, remained number one on OSHA’s list of Top 10 violations for the fourteenth year in a row, according to Scott Ketcham, director for the directorate of enforcement programs for OSHA.
On September 17, Ketcham announced the Top 10 violations for fiscal year 2024 at the National Safety Council conference in Orlando.
