Confined spaces: Understand your best approach for entries

You’ve identified the permit-required confined spaces in your facility, and now you need to plan how employees can safely enter them. OSHA’s standard gives you options aside from following a permit system. Depending of the configuration of the space and the activities you’ll perform inside of it, you may not need to follow all of the requirements for entering a permit space.

The webcast will explain:

  • What is necessary to enter a permit space by following a permit system.
  • How you may be able to follow alternate entry procedures.
  • How you may be able to reclassify a permit space as a non-permit space.
