J. J. Keller Announces 2026 Safety Professional of the Year Award Winners

Keller® Safety Professional of the Year (SPOTY) Awards. The annual SPOTY awards recognize outstanding safety professionals who demonstrate leadership, innovation and measurable impact in advancing workplace safety during their careers.

Award Winners
The 2026 J. J. Keller® SPOTY winners were selected by a panel of judges from J. J. Keller’s staff of safety and compliance experts through an extensive nomination, application and interview process. The winners represent three distinct company sizes:
- Small Business Category (<200 employees)
Crystal Donaldson, Safety Manager, Advanced Blending Solutions, LLC, based in Wallace, Michigan. Advanced Blending Solutions, LLC is a manufacturer of and designer of material handling, blending, repalletization, desiccant drying and controls for the plastics industry worldwide.
- Medium Business Category (200–5,000 employees)
Kathi Porter, Industrial Demolition Safety Officer, B&B Wrecking and Excavating, based in Cleveland, Ohio. B&B Wrecking and Excavating is a full-service demolition company performing industrial, commercial and residential demolition as well as dismantlement, interior strip-outs, environmental remediation, and asset liquidation services.
- Large Business Category (>5,000 employees)
Carla Andrews, Manager – Safety/Dangerous Goods, FedEx Logistics. FedEx Logistics helps clients formulate the best plan for moving freight around the globe and then execute on it.
