Federal Drug Testing Custody And Control Form

COMPLIANCE ALERT: J. J. Keller has been offering the 2023 version of the Federal Drug Testing Custody and Control Form (CCF) since 2021 and is currently offering the most recent version of the CCF. The 2023 Federal CCF is the same as the 2020 Federal CCF. As of August 31, 2023, this version of the CCF (as updated in 2020) must be used for all DOT-regulated drug tests. If the outdated 2017 CCF is used after that date, the lab must treat it as a correctable discrepancy and the mistake must be documented per §40.205(b)(2). The DOT recommends that any remaining 2017 CCFs be used up before August 31, 2023.
