How To Order

To order your Training Points:

1. Place the amount of points you'd like to purchase in the "Quantity" box.
2. Click on the "Add To Cart" button.
3. Once you've completed the checkout process, an email will be sent to you confirming your order. If it is your first Training Points purchase, you will also receive an email with your J. J. Keller Training On Demand username and password.
4. Access the J. J. Keller Training On Demand website to view our complete library of Interactive Online courses and Streaming Video titles. It is here where you will be able to use your Training Points to select the specific courses/titles you will use.

You will receive login information for your Interactive Online Training order within 24 hours, Monday - Thursday. Orders placed on Friday after 1:00 PM Central will be processed on the next business day.
