J. J. Keller® Limited Warranty

J. J. Keller & Associates, Inc. ("J. J. Keller") warrants that the products identified in the list below ("Products") will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase of the Product ("Warranty Period").

Products Covered

  • J. J. Keller® Electronic Logging Devices and Accessories
  • J. J. Keller® Vehicle Tracking and Telematics Devices and Accessories
  • J. J. Keller® Cameras and Accessories
  • J. J. Keller® Dash Cam (non-connected) and Accessories
  • J. J. Keller® Compliance Tablet and Accessories
  • Virtual Reality Headsets and Accessories

This warranty is extended to the original end-user purchaser in the United States or Canada. The original end-user purchaser is the original party that purchased the Product for use in the ordinary course of the party’s business or profession. Original end-user purchasers are not consumers as that term is defined under any consumer protection law that may be applicable in Canada, and any agreement between J. J. Keller and the original end-user purchaser is not a consumer contract.

Because J. J. Keller cannot control the quality of Products sold by unauthorized sellers, this limited warranty applies only to Products that were purchased from J. J. Keller or a J. J. Keller authorized seller in the United States or Canada, unless otherwise prohibited by law. J. J. Keller reserves the right to reject warranty claims from purchasers for Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized Internet sites. This limited warranty does not cover products not identified in the table above, nor does it cover any defects due to normal wear and tear, damage due to misuse, improper installation, alteration to the product, or negligence. This warranty also does not cover any damage or defect caused by the unauthorized repair or manipulation of a Product.

Remedies

J. J. Keller will, at its option, either repair or replace any Products that J. J. Keller determines to be defective and eligible for this warranty. If J. J. Keller is unable to repair or replace the Products within a reasonable period of time, or determines, in its sole discretion, that such repair or replacement is inappropriate, J. J. Keller reserves the right to refund the original purchase price of the defective Products.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

Purchasers who wish to make a warranty claim based upon a Product defect must immediately notify J. J. Keller of any claimed defect. Our Customer Service team can be reached by calling 1-800-327-1342.

Please note that you will be required to provide a description of any claimed defect(s) and a receipt or other dated proof of purchase from J. J. Keller or the J. J. Keller authorized seller from which the Product was purchased to verify warranty eligibility.

Limitation of Liabilities

There are no warranties which extend beyond those stated herein. J. J. KELLER DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, THAT MAY BE APPLICABLE TO PRODUCTS, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL J. J. KELLER BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES BASED UPON BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY, BREACH OF CONTRACT OR STRICT LIABILITY.
