J. J. KELLER & ASSOCIATES, INC. SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. The Sweepstakes is sponsored by J. J. Keller & Associates, Inc. (“Sponsor”), 3003 Breezewood Lane, Neenah, WI 54957 (the “Sweepstakes Address”). The Sweepstakes is open to individual residents of the 50 United States, Washington D.C. and Canada, excluding the province of Quebec. Sweepstakes begin and end on the day and time specified in the table above. The Entry Periods, Drawing Dates, Prizes to be awarded in such Drawings, and the Approximate Retail Value of the Prizes (ARV) are set forth in the chart above. An entry is deemed received when the entry is completed and received by Sponsor. Sponsor’s designated computer is the official time keeping device for the Promotion. Depending on the event, an entry may be entered in multiple Entry Periods.

1. ELIGIBILITY; HOW TO ENTER

   Those who are eligible in accordance with these Official Rules may enter as specified above during the Event Entry Period. Alternate Means of Entry: Attendance at the Event is not required in order to enter the Sweepstakes. Entry in the Sweepstakes can be made by eligible entrants without entering at the Event by sending an email to Sweepstakes@jjkeller.com with your name, address, day-time telephone number and the words “[Event Name] Sweepstakes Entry” during the Entry Period. Sweepstakes entry is further limited to individuals who are not an employee, officer or director of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies or an immediate family member of or household resident with such persons. Participation in any part of the Sweepstakes constitutes a participant’s agreement to be bound by these Official Rules. Participants agree to be bound by the decisions of Sponsor and such decisions shall be final. Limit one entry per entrant, regardless of means of entry and time of entry.

2. ENTRIES

   Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, inaccurate, undelivered, postage-due, delayed, mutilated, or misdirected entries, correspondence, requests, claims or other errors or problems in connection with or relating to the Sweepstakes. Sponsor is also not responsible for electronic hardware or software, network, telephone, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties of any kind, failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer or fax transmissions, and any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Sponsor that may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted, including computer viruses, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical or other failures of any sort which compromise the administration or integrity of the Sweepstakes. All entries submitted become the property of the Sponsor and none will be returned. If a dispute as to identification of an entrant for a particular entry cannot be resolved to the satisfaction of Sponsor, the entry will be deemed ineligible. If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of being conducted as contemplated in the Official Rules, including if due to technical failures which compromise the administration or integrity of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to terminate or modify the Sweepstakes. Each online entry submission must be entered by the individual entrant. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed or like entry methods will void all such entries by such methods and persons using any like methods will be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry procedure or the Sweepstakes or violates these Official Rules.

Personal information and individual answers submitted in the Registration will be maintained by Sponsor in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PRIZE DELIVERY; ODDS

   Each prize is specified above. No other transfer or substitution of prizes is permitted except where required by law. If a prize is not available, Sponsor may award a substitute prize of equal or greater value. If the actual value of a prize is less than the stated ARV for the selected prize, the difference will not be awarded. Odds of winning a prize depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Taxes on the prize and expenses related to acceptance, delivery and use of the prize, including without limitation, taxes, and any usage, registration or other fees and costs, are the sole responsibility of the Prize winner.

   Prizes must be accepted as awarded and are awarded “as is” and “as-awarded” with no warranty, representation, condition or guarantee of any kind, either express or implied, by Sponsor. No transfer or substitution of a Prize by winner is permitted except where required by law. If any Prize, or any portion of a Prize, becomes unavailable, the Sponsor may award a substitute Prize of equal or greater value. If the actual value of any prize is less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded. All federal, state, local, provinicial, and municipal taxes and any expenses, costs, duties or fees associated with the acceptance and/or use of any Prize are the sole responsibility of the Prize winner. The Prize does not include any elements other than the corresponding item(s) listed in the chart above. Any and all other costs and expenses are the sole responsibility of the Prize winner. Sponsor reserves the right to request from any participant additional documentation it reasonably believes is necessary to validate any entry or to award any Prize.

4. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

   Tentative Prize winners will be selected in random drawings to be held on the applicable dates specified in the table above. Sponsor will attempt to notify each tentative winner via telephone and/or e-mail and/or mail on or about the week following the drawing date. A notified person, at his or her sole discretion, may disclaim the Prize by not claiming such Prize within seven (7) days of attempted notification. In such case, an alternate tentative Prize winner will be selected and this process will be repeated until such time as a tentative Prize winner is verified and deemed by the Sponsor to be the Prize winner. Except where prohibited by law, the Prize winner further grants to the Sponsor and its designees the right to use such Prize winner’s name, photograph, voice, likeness and city of residence for purposes of advertising or promoting and publicizing the efforts and activities of the Sponsor and the Sweepstakes without further consideration and to release his or her name to persons requesting the name of the winner of the Sweepstakes. Non-compliance or the return of any Prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

   To be confirmed as a winner, a Canadian resident must also answer a time-limited, mathematical skill testing question posed during a telephone interview, without mechanical or other assistance of any kind. If any selected entrant is unable to be confirmed as a winner as above, including by not correctly answering the skill-testing question, at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion, such entrant’s opportunity to receive a prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate entrant.

5. NAME OF WINNER

   For the names of the Prize winners, within six months of an event drawing, send a self-addressed stamped envelope (except where not required by applicable law) to: Sweepstakes Winner’s List at the Sweepstakes Address. Specify which event you are inquiring about.

6. PRIVACY

   All information submitted as part of this Sweepstakes will be treated in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. By submitting information in connection with any portion of the Sweepstakes, each participant agrees to receive promotional materials from the Sponsor. Participants may opt-out from receiving Sponsor’s promotional materials in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. For residents of Canada: Entrants will not receive promotional materials from Sponsor unless consent is provided.

7. RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

   BY PARTICIPATING IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, PARTICIPANTS AGREE TO RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR, ITS AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL AGENCIES, AND THOSE INVOLVED IN THE PLANNING AND EXECUTION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES AND ITS AND THEIR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS (COLLECTIVELY, THE “SWEEPSTAKES PARTIES”) FROM AND AGAINST ANY CLAIM OR CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES OR RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZE, INCLUDING PROPERTY DAMAGE, PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH. EACH PARTICIPANT FURTHER AGREES THAT IN ANY CAUSE OF ACTION, THE SWEEPSTAKES PARTIES’ LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE COST OF PARTICIPATING IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, AND IN NO EVENT SHALL THE SWEEPSTAKES PARTIES BE LIABLE FOR ATTORNEYS’ FEES, PUNITIVE, CONSEQUENTIAL, DIRECT OR INDIRECT DAMAGES AND EACH PARTICIPANT WAIVES THE RIGHT TO CLAIM ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER. THE WINNER OF ANY PRIZE SHALL BEAR ALL RISK OF LOSS OR DAMAGE TO THE PRIZE OR ANY PRIZE ELEMENTS AFTER IT HAS BEEN DELIVERED OR MADE AVAILABLE.

8. DISPUTES

   Except where prohibited, participants agree that: (1) to the extent permitted by applicable law, any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court encompassing Neenah, Wisconsin or the appropriate State Court of the State of Wisconsin encompassing Neenah, Wisconsin; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) under no circumstances will participants be permitted to obtain awards for, and participants hereby waive all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the participant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Wisconsin without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Wisconsin or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Wisconsin.

9. CONDUCT

   By entering into this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual suspected of tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes; or to be acting in any manner deemed by Sponsor to be in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in any manner deemed by Sponsor to be unsportsmanlike or disruptive with respect to the Sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A USER OR ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE ASSOCIATED WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND COSTS (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ATTORNEYS’ FEES) FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

10. GENERAL

    Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any computer, software, online, Internet or technological malfunctions or for lost, late, stolen, incomplete, illegible, inaccurate, undelivered, delayed, mutilated, postage-due or misdirected mail, correspondence, requests, claims or other errors or problems in connection with or relating to the Sweepstakes. If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of being conducted as contemplated in the Official Rules, including if due to tampering or technical failures which compromise the administration or integrity of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to terminate or modify the Sweepstakes. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and none will be returned. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or associated with brand owners of prizes listed in the table above.
