OSHA has made background materials available on its Tree Care Operations SBREFA webpage for the upcoming Small Business Advocacy Review (or SBREFA) panels on tree care operations. The teleconference calls are scheduled for April 7, 8, 15, and 16.

All teleconferences will be open to the public via telephone, but only Small Entity Representatives (SERs) and SBREFA Panel members can participate in the discussions. OSHA says any interested party may submit comments, even those who are not participating as SERs, and the Agency will include those comments in the public docket.

Comments can be submitted to OSHA docket OSHA-2008-0012 at regulations.gov. The comment period will last until two weeks after the panel report is completed.
