Shaun is the visionary leader of a team of 600 managed services associates, overseeing driver, employee and vehicle compliance services, as well as J. J. Keller's 24/7 Trip Permit Service Center. She sets the standard for true client partnerships and best-in-class customer service.

Her background includes sales and management roles in consumer packaged goods, as well as operations and technology roles for The Nielsen Company. Shaun is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt who has a passion for bringing operations and technology together to improve quality, productivity and customer experiences. In a volunteer capacity, Shaun chairs the Board of Directors for Catalpa Health, a pediatric outpatient mental health and wellness organization in Northeast Wisconsin.
