Dana joined J. J. Keller in 2014. As CFO, she oversees the financial operations of the company, as well as risk, intellectual property, information technology and the corporate focus on ISO certification.

She has more than 25 years of experience in finance, most recently serving as CFO with Outlook Group Corporation, as well as holding financial positions with Kimberly-Clark, Jarden, and Miles Kimball. Dana serves on the boards of Excellence in Leadership and Tempo – Fox Valley, both focused on promoting ethical and purposeful leadership, and on the board of the Oshkosh, Wisconsin, Chamber of Commerce.
