Hours-of-service (HOS) regulations affect drivers in the construction industry in ways you might not expect. These rules help keep tired drivers off the road and make sure they drive safely. This is especially important in areas where heavy machinery is often used.
This training is designed to help construction drivers understand and follow hours-of-service regulation.

- Explain when to keep track of hours using electronic logs, paper logs, or time records
- Recognize when to use hours-of-service exemptions
