Mandatory East palo Alto Change - Effective January 1, 2026.
The city of East Palo Alto, California, has updated its minimum wage poster with a mandatory change to show the rate of $17.90 per hour that takes effect on January 1, 2026. View our Recent Updates and Requirements report for details.
- Meets requirements of East Palo Alto Municipal Code 5.10.040
- Required for employers who are subject to the East Palo Alto Business License Tax or who maintain a facility in East Palo Alto
- Employers are required to post a notice in the workplace informing employees of the current minimum wage rate and of their rights
- Notice should be posted in a conspicuous place at any workplace or job site where any employee works
- Bilingual: English and Spanish
- Posters are made of a durable, eco-friendly poly material that reduces impact on the environment and holds up in high-traffic areas or outdoor displays
