California / Burlingame Minimum Wage Poster - Polypropylene

Mandatory Burlingame Change - Effective January 1, 2026.
The city of Burlingame, California, has updated its minimum wage poster with a mandatory change to show the rate of $17.86 per hour that takes effect on January 1, 2026. View our Recent Updates and Requirements report for details.

• Businesses subject to the Burlingame Business License Tax or which maintain a facility in Burlingame must post this poster
• Burlingame Municipal Code, 6.10.030
• Must be posted in a prominent location in each facility where any covered employee works
• Multilingual: English, Spanish, Chinese and Tagalog (Filipino)
• Posters are made of a durable, eco-friendly poly material that reduces impact on the environment and holds up in high-traffic areas or outdoor displays
