Dig into the details with our lineup of dash cam-integrated auxiliary cameras. They add context to your primary dash cam footage by securing additional views and angles of the vehicle during a triggered event. Auxiliary cameras can be added to cargo and cab areas, passenger compartments, and externally mounted on the rear and side of the vehicle.
Auxiliary cameras can help you build your defense in case of an accident. First, camera video footage is continuously recorded (when the engine is on) to the primary in-cab dash camera SD card. Then, in an accident or risky event trigger (fatigued driving, harsh braking, collision, etc.), auxiliary camera video footage is saved and sent to the back-office system, giving you a more comprehensive view of an incident.
These auxiliary cameras require the J. J. Keller® Dash Cam Pro or the VideoProtects™ Dual-Facing Dash Camera.
Interior Cargo/Utility Camera
The Interior Cargo/Utility Camera with a 6-pin connector provides a third video channel to capture supporting footage of vehicle, motor coach, and trailer interiors. When an event is triggered by the primary dash cam, video from the Interior Cargo/Utility Camera is shared with the back office for a more comprehensive view of accidents or incidents. Includes A/V cable (64641).

Side Camera
The side dash cameras capture clear, crisp video footage of the sides of your vehicles. They continuously record video of the sides of the vehicle (engine on) — ensuring you have all event details. These rugged exterior-grade cameras are IP67 waterproof and IK08 impact-rated and are built to endure rugged environments, high temperatures, and pressure washings. They can be mounted on round or square stock side-view mirrors. Other vehicle mount options are available.
