Mandatory Flagstaff Change - Effective July 1, 2024
The city of Flagstaff, Arizona, has made a mandatory change to its Minimum Wage posting to note that an employer may pay tipped employees a maximum of up to $1.50 per hour less than the city’s hourly minimum wage. View our Recent Updates and Requirements report for details.

  • Required posting for all employers in Flagstaff, except state and federal employers
  • Must be posted in a conspicuous place at the facility of where any employee works in the City
