Mandatory Federal Change
On June 27, 2023, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) will release an updated Know Your Rights: Workplace Discrimination is Illegal posting that must be displayed if required by your contract. Note: The Department of Labor (DOL) updated the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) posting on April 28, 2023. This change will be reflected on the updated poster released in June 2023.
