Use of previous CCF extended
January 19, 2022
The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) granted an extension allowing for the temporary use of the 2017 version of the Federal Drug Testing Custody and Control Form (CCF) until August 31, 2023. Collectors have been given the option of using either version (2020 or 2017) of the CCF through this extension period. Using the 2017 CCF from November 23, 2021, through August 31, 2023, does not require a memorandum for the record (MFR). OMB issued the extension due to supply chain issues attributed to the use of the materials in the production of CCF for COVID-related activities.
