2016 Safety Professional of the Year

J. J. Keller & Associates, Inc., the nation's leading provider of regulatory, safety and compliance solutions, announced its winner of the J. J. Keller Safety Professional of the Year award. Since 2002, J. J. Keller & Associates, Inc. has recognized safety professionals from across the United States who have demonstrated unique, engaging and effective approaches to their safety programs.

This year's award recipient, James Wiedow, corporate environmental, health & safety manager for Isolatek International of Stanhope, New Jersey, accepted the award during a ceremony held at the headquarters of J. J. Keller & Associates, Inc., on October 6, 2016.

His comprehensive program includes a health and safety framework scorecard, bi-monthly reporting and quarterly site visits.

In a speech to J. J. Keller associates, Wiedow recognized the leaders of Isolatek for their support to his safety programs and initiatives. "Safety is not a faucet you turn off at the end of the day; it is a 24/7 endeavor in both my personal and professional life," said Wiedow, environmental, health & safety manager for Isolatek. "I am humbled to receive this award, and I thank J. J. Keller for the continuous support you provide environmental, health and safety professionals like me."

J. J. Keller & Associates, Inc. also recognized second place award winner, Krystal Davidson, safety coordinator at Precision Parts and Remanufacturing based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and third place award winner, Amjad Jaouni, environmental health & safety manager for United Technologies Corporation based in Miami Gardens, Florida.
