Amy joined J. J. Keller in 2011. Her focus is on building benefit, engagement, development and wellness programming—and a work environment—that continues to position J. J. Keller as a certified Great Place to Work^®.

In addition to HR and Associate Services, Amy also leads the company's Corporate Communications and PR functions, and has oversight of Corporate Campus facilities and renovations. Her background includes more than 25 years in human resources roles in the construction and consulting industries. Amy serves on the board of the Fox Cities (Wisconsin) Habitat for Humanity.
