Executive Vice President of Compliance Products

Reggie joined J. J. Keller in 2026. He leads strategy, development, and growth for J. J. Keller’s Compliance Products portfolio, as well as the company’s extensive manufacturing, distribution, global sourcing, and product management operations

Prior to joining J. J. Keller, Reggie led Kohler Co.’s Sanitary division as vice president and general manager, with several prior leadership roles at Kohler Co. He has more than 20 years’ experience driving growth across manufacturing and retail organizations, including leadership positions with Lowe’s Home Improvement. He has a bachelor’s degree in finance and marketing and an MBA from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
