Mandatory Sunnyvale Change - Effective January 1, 2024

- Meets requirements of Title 3, Chapter 3.80 Minimum Wage Regulations
- Required for all Sunnyvale employers, except for government agencies
- Employers are required to post a notice in the workplace informing employees of the current minimum wage rate and of their rights
- Notice should be posted in the top 3 languages spoken in the city based on the latest available census info
- Notice should be posted in a conspicuous place at any workplace or job site where any employee works
- Trilingual: English, Spanish and Chinese
- Posters are made of a durable, eco-friendly poly material that reduces impact on the environment and holds up in high-traffic areas or outdoor displays
