New Entrant Compliance Program

Pass your new entrant safety audit with our assessment of your safety & compliance status, verification of proper operating authority, and development of customized action steps for making improvements.

Hazardous Materials Compliance & Safety Program

If you transport or ship hazardous materials via US Ground (DOT 49 CFR 172700), air (IATA), ocean (IMDG) or Canada Ground (TDG), we’ll classify your hazmat products, review your safety data sheets, conduct required training and develop a custom compliance plan.

Entry-Level Driver Training (ELDT) Program

We’ll review your ELDT program to verify that it meets or exceeds the FMCSA’s ELDT final rule. This includes an initial assessment of your facilities, vehicles, trainers, certifications, documentation and training curriculum.

DOT Compliance Programs FAQs

Based on the customizable service level you choose, your consultant will work with you onsite from 4 to 12 or more times a year to conduct audits and assessments, training, policy development, performance ratings and more. In addition, you’ll receive unlimited support via phone and email, product discounts, a subscription to J. J. Keller's FleetMentor® online tool, online training points and more.

This service includes a compliance audit of your fleet’s safety operations in line with the FMCSA regulations, including the areas of driver qualification, drug & alcohol testing, driver training, and hours of service. It also includes an assessment of your safety management controls, a review of your CSA BASIC results and an evaluation of your best practices.

Yes, our DOT consultants will make sure you have the proper credentials for the type of transportation you engage in and the types of vehicles you operate.
