• If a business with a federal contract interviews applicants in an area where its regular labor law posters are not visible, it can use the Federal Contractor Applicant Information poster to fulfill posting requirements for applicants. It can be displayed in an interview room or another area where applicants will see it.
• Under federal law, certain postings need to be visible to both applicants and employees. Federal contractors must make sure these two postings are visible to applicants:
  • Know Your Rights: Workplace Discrimination is Illegal
  • Pay Transparency
• In addition, all employers must make sure that the Employee Polygraph Protection Act poster is visible to applicants, and employers with 50 or more employees must make the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) poster visible to applicants.
• The new Federal Contractor Applicant Information poster from J. J. Keller measures 20" x 24" and includes all five postings that must be visible to applicants.
