Mandatory Emeryville Change - Effective July 1, 2024
The city of Emeryville, California, has made a mandatory change to its Minimum Wage posting to show the new rate of $19.36 per hour that took effect on July 1, 2024. View our Recent Updates and Requirements report for details.

• Meets requirements of Emeryville Minimum Wage (EMC 5-37.02) and Paid Sick Leave (EMC 5-37.03) Regulations
• Required for businesses with employees who perform at least two hours of work in a week within the geographic boundaries of Emeryville
• Notice should be posted in English and other languages as provided in any implementing regulations
• Notice should be posted in a conspicuous place at any workplace or job site where any employee works
• Bilingual: English and Spanish
• Posters are made of a durable, eco-friendly poly material that reduces impact on the environment and holds up in high-traffic areas or outdoor displays
