We're Difference Makers

At J. J. Keller, we make a difference through the work we do every day. We help ensure safe, respectful workplaces. We reduce risk and increase success for the businesses people rely on for their livelihood. And we do more. As Difference Makers, we support industry groups and nonprofit organizations striving for the highest levels of safety and compliance. In our local communities, we embrace those in need and the programs that sustain them.

Free Educational Events & Resources. Each year, our subject matter experts present more than 100 free educational webcasts and seminars. At no obligation, employers and business leaders can benefit from our in-depth knowledge on timely topics related to safety and compliance with complex regulations. View our calendar of events.

Donations & Sponsorships. J. J. Keller receives many requests from worthy causes for donations and sponsorships. With the large number of requests, we regrettably are not able to honor all of them. Where funding is available, our giving focuses on requests directly related to safety and compliance.

The J. J. Keller Foundation

The J. J. Keller Foundation is a private, family foundation addressing the needs of the most vulnerable in the Fox Valley region of Wisconsin, which is home to our Corporate Campus. The foundation began as a gift from our founder, Jack Keller, to his wife, Ethel, on her 70th birthday. It is a legacy fashioned after Ethel's giving spirit. Today, more than 30 years later, the foundation has granted more than $75 million to help those most in need.

The J. J. Keller Foundation helps our associates give back by connecting them with volunteer opportunities. Habitat for Humanity, United Way and Feeding America are just a few examples of where our associates give of their time. The foundation also multiplies associates' personal financial giving to nonprofit, 501(3)(c) organizations through a Matching Gifts Program.

Sustainable Operations

J. J. Keller's commitment to sustainability is part of our business. We help our clients protect the environment through compliance with critical regulations, such as those provided by the EPA. Our commitment is further shown by certification to the ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management System) standard.

This certifies that J. J. Keller consistently works toward reducing our environmental footprint. We regularly explore and deploy new environmental initiatives. And the J. J. Keller Environmental Committee, led by our Environmental Health & Safety Team, drives positive action by our associates both at work and in the community.
