- Businesses receiving financial assistance through the Small Business Administration (SBA) must display this poster. This includes businesses getting loans through the Paycheck Protection Program, 7(a) program loans, and some CDC/504 loans
- The Compliance Date on the poster is 04/2020, which reflects the compliance date of the Paycheck Protection Program. The Effective Date of 04/15/2020 is the date the Small Business Administration published an interim final rule for the Paycheck Protection Program in the Federal Register
- The poster must be displayed where it is visible to employees, applicants, and the general public
- Bilingual: English and Spanish
