- Helps you comply with lockout/tagout requirements (29 CFR § 1910.147)
- Stop valves from being turned by applying this unique gull-wing design ball valve lockout
- Unique and easy-to-use lockout has two wingspan halves that hinge to quickly and simply secure over any closed ball valve handle
- Works with ball valve handles either perpendicular or parallel to the pipe
- Device is secured with a padlock that is positioned so the tag is always on top and visible
- Durable bright-red plastic resists solvents, cracking, abrasion and extreme temperatures
- Includes "Danger Locked Out" label
- Fits ball valves 3/8" to 1-1/4
- Fits handle up to .675" wide x 1/4" thick
- Measures 3 1/8” W x 4 ½” H x 4 ½” D
