J. J. Keller® Training Program Management is a comprehensive service that manages training information for ongoing recordkeeping and program administration. Training records are accepted through multiple data sources including feeds from Learning Management Systems (LMS), electronic course records, or converted handwritten records.

All data is aggregated into automated and actionable reporting, allowing you to have a complete view of your program. An online client portal provides 24/7 access to trending analysis and reports by location, course or learner.

Your dedicated service team will manage all aspects of the program from creating an electronic database of learners to providing notifications – letting you know when training is due, and for whom. They'll also assign and monitor required training and manage your training calendar – all of which provides a well-managed, comprehensive training program you can rely on.


Each client is assigned a dedicated client service specialist that provides proactive oversight into your training program and helps ensure training requirements are met.

Specifically, your Client Service Specialist will:

  • Conduct an initial audit of your training records to uncover gaps in required training
