Mandatory Federal Change
The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) has released a new “Know Your Rights: Workplace Discrimination is Illegal” posting that must be displayed by employers with 15 or more employees. Covered employers must comply with this mandatory federal posting change. View our Recent Updates and Requirements report for details.

- In addition, all employers must make sure that the Employee Polygraph Protection Act poster is visible to applicants, and employers with 50 or more employees must make the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) poster visible to applicants.
