Overview

• Intended to lay flat on a floor surface in areas where both pedestrians walk and forklifts operate.
• Floor marker offers a concise message that reminds employees and others to look out for forklifts.
• Uses a signal word, message text, and symbol that follow the color scheme prescribed for CAUTION signs in OSHA 29 CFR 1910.145 for general industry and shipyards and 29 CFR 1926.200 for construction, as well as ANSI Z35.1-1968. (This CAUTION floor sign does NOT follow ANSI Z535.2-2011.)
• Not intended to replace signage/labeling that a federal, state, or local authority may require to be posted on a vertical surface. If such signage/labeling is required, then the floor decal would supplement the safety information, making it hard to miss.
• Textured vinyl with removable adhesive backing makes floor sticker easy to reposition.
• Textured vinyl substrate is UL 410 and ASTM D-2047 certified for slip resistance; also meets the Euro-Norm as DIN/EN.
• Made in the USA.
