Mandatory Federal Changes
Mandatory posting updates are being released by the Department of Labor (DOL) and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC):

  • The DOL updated its Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) poster with information about the PUMP Act on April 28.
  • The EEOC will update its Know Your Rights poster with information about the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act on June 27.

In addition, the DOL has made minor changes to the Family and Medical Leave Act poster and released the poster on April 28. Employers will still be compliant with the previous version of the FMLA poster.
