FMCSA books another ELD national tour event

Agency subject matter experts will be available to take ELog questions

Posted September 29, 2017

Drivers have the opportunity to pose their ELD (electronic logging device) implementation questions to Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) subject matter experts during a two-day event in October.

The agency is hosting another session of its ELD Implementation National Tour at the Davis Travel Center off of Interstate 95 (I-95) in Stony Creek, Virginia, on Wednesday, October 11, and Thursday, October 12, 2017. It coincides with the travel center’s annual “Driver Appreciation Days” event.

During both days of the event:

  • FMCSA subject matter experts will be available from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. EDT to take ELD questions.
  • A driver-focused ELD presentation will take place from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. EDT.

A live webcast of the October 11 presentation will be broadcast on the FMCSA website beginning at 12:30 p.m. EDT.
