Confirmation by agency that CSA program will rollout

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) announced on its CSA 2010 outreach website that the program’s national rollout will occur no earlier than December 12, 2010, despite reports to the contrary.
Included in the news item, the agency has changed the words behind the CSA acronym from Comprehensive Safety Analysis to Compliance Safety Accountability.
