Robert L. (Bob) Keller - Chairman
Bob began working for the company at the age of twelve, cleaning floors in the downtown Neenah, Wisconsin, offices. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics. Bob presides over the Board of Directors and is also the President of the J. J. Keller Foundation, Inc. Bob and his wife, Lynne, have four children: Marne and Rustin (both J. J. Keller associates), Rachael and Adam. Bob and Lynne are also proud grandparents of nine.
James J. (Jim) Keller - President (CEO)
Jim began working for the company in high school, cleaning floors in the downtown Neenah, Wisconsin, offices. He has a Graphic Arts degree and is certified as a Wisconsin Master Printer. Jim is a member of the Board of Directors and also serves as the Corporate Treasurer. Jim and his wife, Rosanne, have two children (Brian and Angela) and four grandchildren, two grandsons and two granddaughters.
Marne L. Keller-Krikava - Executive Vice President
Marne worked summers for the company since the age of twelve, joining J. J. Keller full-time in 1990. She studied abroad in Denmark, has a master’s degree in Leadership and Quality, and a bachelor’s degree in International Relations/Business. She is also a board member of the J. J. Keller Foundation, and serves on several professional and community boards. Marne and her husband, Alec, have a daughter and a son.
Roger E. Porath - Vice President of Finance & Risk Management
Roger joined J. J. Keller in 1976 as an Accounting Supervisor. He has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting, and a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance. Roger and his wife, Shirley, have two daughters and one son.
Rustin R. Keller - Vice President of Operations & Business Services
Rustin worked summers for the company at the age of twelve, joining J. J. Keller full-time in 1999. He holds a degree in Engineering, and completed a two-year Leadership Development program at General Electric prior to joining J. J. Keller. Rustin and his wife, Christina, have three sons.
