In 1997, a corporate wellness committee was established with a mission to promote, improve, and preserve the health of associates through a comprehensive wellness program. In 2012, J. J. Keller was awarded the Gold "Well Workplace" award from the Wellness Council of America (WELCOA) for its commitment to improving the health and well-being of its associates. From 2009 - 2012, J. J. Keller was the recipient of the Silver "Well Workplace" award. By becoming a “Well Workplace”, J. J. Keller is part of an elite group of “America’s Healthiest Companies"!
Highlights of our commitment to wellness include:
On-Site Health Clinic
At the J. J. Keller Wellness Center, a Nurse Practitioner is available to diagnose illnesses, prescribe medications, order and interpret lab work, and provide continued follow-up and monitoring to J. J. Keller associates, all at no charge.
On-Site Fitness Center
The Fitness Center includes a wide variety of state-of-the-art exercise equipment, including elliptical cross trainers, strength stations, treadmills, incline/decline benches, a stair stepper, a roman chair, a recumbent bike, dumbbells, and an upright bike. Shower and locker room facilities are also available.
