- Added an Editor's Note that the exemption for small for-hire passenger-carrying vehicles will be eliminated effective May 3, 2010, (Section 390.3(f)(6)(ii).

February 2010 Update

- Added fifth marking option in Section 390.21(g) for identifying intermodal equipment.
