Pre-Employment Testing
Streamline your driver hiring process with DMO's pre-employment alcohol and drug testing tools. Pre-qualification checklists help you keep track of pre-employment testing. The system also notifies you when test results have been received.
Random Selection
Driver Management Online™ helps you perform and document random testing selection, meeting DOT's requirement for "scientifically valid" random selection. After all employee records are established, you simply choose "Generate Random Selection" from the main menu. The system then generates a driver notification and updates your annual testing percentages when the test results are received.
Post-Accident Testing
Deciding whether or not a post-accident alcohol and drug test is required is not always easy. DMO helps you make that decision. When testing is needed, DMO integrates with J. J. Keller's Alcohol and Drug Third Party Administration Service (or your third party provider) to facilitate the testing, receive results, and track the data within the program.
Third Party Administrator Integration
The online interface of Driver Management Online™ helps improve the accuracy of your third party administrator data while enhancing your testing workflow. DMO easily receives electronic test results from J. J. Keller's Third Party Administration service, or your third party provider, and adds the data to the system.

J. J. Keller's Third Party Administration Service offers DMO clients a quick, easy, integrated way to receive alcohol and drug test results. Test results are automatically updated and placed on the DMO home page. This gives you the confidence that your test data is entered and accurate, rather than worrying whether or not manually entered data is correct. Learn more about J. J. Alerts and Reminders
Driver Management Online™ monitors your alcohol and drug testing program and will notify you when test results have been received, when you have drivers selected for random testing, and when post-accident testing is required. Your annual testing percentages are constantly updated and displayed on the DMO home page for easy access and organization.
Background Checks
As part of your ongoing compliance requirements or pre-employment screening, you can request employee-required background checks through DMO. As checks are returned, DMO updates automatically. J. J. Keller offers an easy-to-use interface to the background check service you employ.
Reports and Forms
Updated alcohol and drug forms are available on demand. Using DMO's database, these forms can be printed with pre-populated driver information. Nearly 100 different reports can be generated as well.
Attachments
DMO allows you to store scanned alcohol-and-drug-testing documents and images. This allows you to scan data such as chain of custody forms, and save it in an easily accessible central location.
